ARVAUTO is an IATF and ISO certified organisation, and has implemented a robust quality management process that is in line with the industry standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949.

Our quality management process derives its root from the company’s vision, mission and quality policy, which is underpinned by three basic tenets:

• Stakeholder (customer, supplier, employee, shareholder and statutory bodies) value.
• Care for environment and sustainability.

We follow a system-driven approach for acquiring and using process data and information to derive key quality metrics for continuous improvement.

Engineering and Development

We have a huge data bank for flow and pressure characteristics, choice of materials and fit. Our pumps are designed using advanced design systems such as PRO’E’ and Solid Work for 3D Modelling and CFD analysis.

We have 100-plus years of cumulative team experience in designing and developing water and oil pumps, and have dedicated team members for designing patterns, jigs and fixtures. Our highly skilled design engineers are competent in the designing of complete water and oil pumps –inclusive of scan & reconstruction. We have also tied-up with design firms for advanced designing requirements and with universities and R&D labs for cutting-edge technology development (e.g. variable displacement oil pumps, electric water pumps, etc.).

We have 34 new products under development – 13 for OEM, 12 for aftermarket and 8 for the export market.
Engineering & Development – New Product Development Process.

Development of child parts include:
• Body – grey cast iron pattern development for green sand moulding, shell moulding for both ARPA and high-pressure moulding   lines
• Aluminium casting and tool development for GDC and PDC.
• Impellers – brass, cast iron, Nylon 66, PPS.
• Bearings – ball, taper roller, Integral shaft bearing (ball–ball, ball–roller combinations).
• Seals – silicon carbide – carbon ceramic combinations
• Forged components, vinyl rubber parts, paper gaskets, etc.
• Gear design and development – cut gears, Zerotors and sintered pulleys
• Gauges and fixture development for machining, assembly and testing
