Design & Development With over 100+ years of cumulative design experience, ARVAUTO can design products from the concept stage or build-to-print, based on the customer's requirement. The products can be developed and validated in a short timeframe, using rapid prototyping methods.
Manufacturing ARVAUTO uses an optimal combination of discreet and job shop manufacturing principles to fulfill customer orders. With an automated assembly line built with poka-yoke controls, all CTQ parameters are captured by the system without any manual intervention.
ARVAUTO has test rigs specially designed to validate the delivery characteristics of the products. The test rigs are capable of validating edge-case scenarios such as cavitation, thermal shocking, etc., to ensure robust performance and durability.
With an installed capacity to machine & assemble 86,000 pumps, ARVAUTO uses a flexible manufacturing facility that conforms to industry standards. We have invested in machining automation, programmable CMM and product-specific assembly lines to achieve repeatability and predictability of the output. The company is located in a 48,000-sq.ft. facility designed in a modular fashion to accommodate additional capacity requirements.
