We have developed 8 custom test rigs to measure flow rate with the ability to configure back pressure, speed and coolant temperature in order to simulate real-world conditions. Our oil pump test rigs designed to validate relief valve opening pressure at various engine speeds. We have wet leak testing and dry leak testing facilities, usually between 1–2 bar pressure to identify any body or seal leaks post assembly. We have set up endurance test rigs to determine the impact of pump operation at various intervals e.g. after 100 hours, 250 hours, 500 hours and until child part failure.
