ARVAUTO is a Tier-1 supplier to Tata Motors, Mahindra, Force Motors, Ashok Leyland and Simpson. Recently, we have been nominated to supply water pumps and oil pumps to Same Deutz-Fahrand ForceMTU. We have developed strong base in the export replacement market with wide range of (90-plus) products for Perkins, Cummins, Ford, John Deere, Case IH, Mercedes, Chevrolet and Fiat.
Our facility is located at Maraimalai Nagar at the heart of Chennai’s automotive component manufacturing industry.
The Electric Water Pump (EWP) Division was started recently to focus on the development of electric water pumps for various primary and secondary cooling requirements in BS6 / EURO 6 vehicles. The electric water pumps are based on the integration of the coolant flow system, an electric motor and a controller. Controllers are designed for LIN, CAN and PWM communication protocols in addition to diagnostic features.

• HVAC systems during engine shut off
• After run coolant circulation
• Turbocharger and Supercharger intercooler
• Hybrid drive inverter cooling
• Urea Dosing module cooling
• Retarder cooling during deceleration
• Battery pack, motor cooling in EV and
• Transformer cooling in EV
Our auxiliary EWP ranges from 30W to 120W depending on the coolant flow demand for secondary cooling, and our primary EWP ranges from 200W to 1.2KW for primary engine cooling.

We offer 122 different products in water and oil pumps, including the oldest and the latest models of pumps. We have developed 12 new product lines including filters, belt tensioners, idlers, brake pads, linings, discs, clutch plates, hub greasing kits, tie rod ends, grease and coolant to be marketed under ALPUMP brand. We are currently supplying to all major STUs – MSRTC, TNSTC, APSTRC, KSRTC etc. either directly or through tie up with local distributor.
