DESIGN

We design water and oil pumps based on fitment and flow conditions, using flow database collected over 50 years.

Technology Upgrade Programmes

· Development of advanced design validation test rig with the following capabilities:
- Seal face endurance testing (hot & cold coolant cycle test)
- Pump performance test from -40C to 120C (Edge case testing)
· Installation of automated assembly setup with individual load cells, LVDT for force curves and IoT capability to analyse reports
· Installation of 10 station automated oil pump assembly setup with attached performance test rig
· Development of oil pump test rig for endurance performance inclusive of 23% oil foam by volume

  • Water pump, oil pump and fan drive development discussion in progress for a large European IC engine manufacturer for their marine and rail applications.
  • Recent nomination from Tata Motors to supply water pumps for their MCV and genset applications.
  • Development of 28 new water pumps for a large North American water pump manufacturer for their US and Brazilian CV market.
